PWN Dublin: "How to be visible in invisible times"

PWN Dublin, in conjunction with our hosts CAIM, are delighted to bring you this event "How to be visible in invisible times".

We have all had feelings of “out of sight out of mind” and felt the invisibility cape wrapped around our shoulders in the past year at some stage.

This practical talk by Fiona Buckley covers the essential and timely topic of how we can minimise professional isolation amongst ourselves and our teams. Having completed a 20,000 word thesis on the subject and worked in a virtual organisation herself for years she shares some practical key advice. Coupled with her background as a work behaviourist and empowerment coach and leading many Women in Leadership programmes, Fiona looks at how you can motivate yourself, how you can balance your energy and avoid negative impacts of isolation in line with your personality type and confidence levels. We will end the session with Q&A to give you an opportunity to ask Fiona any questions.
