  • Overcoming Obstacles to Self-Confidence

    Whan Monique Tallon, author of Leading Gracefully, and CEO of Highest Path Consultancy agreed to do a second webinar for us, we knew that it was going to be great! To date, this has been the most well-attended webinar in the series, and it's not hard to understand why. 

    Self-confidence is one of the biggest obstacles for women in taking a seat at the table. In order to close the gender gap, we need more women to aim for positions of leadership. However, a lack of confidence can hold women back from everything to voicing an opinion, negotiating a salary, to applying for a higher position.  Addressing how to overcome these barriers is a critical issue no matter what level you are in your career.
