PWN Dublin: Cultivating Resilience in a Changing Work Landscape

27 September 2023 18:00 IST - 20:30 IST Marsh McLennan

This event will provide a platform for professionals from various industries to gather and discuss the profound transformations occurring in the work landscape.

We will start with a networking opportunity at 18:00 (IST) and the panel session will start promptly at 18:30 (IST). To avoid disturbing the flow of the panel session, we ask all participants to arrive and be seated prior to out 18:30 start time.

Attendees will hear a panel discussion and be able to engage in insightful conversations on the resilience required to adapt to the changing nature of work, recognizing that AI has been instrumental in automating certain tasks, leading to job cuts in some sectors. Despite initial concerns, it is evident that the future of work is not bleak but rather brimming with possibilities. There is a need for upskilling and reskilling efforts to align with the demands of a technology-driven workforce.
