This group coaching session aims to create a safe and supportive space where our members can come together to explore their personal strengths, overcome challenges, and cultivate resilience. The session will be facilitated by experienced qualified coaches who will work with small groups.

This event will ideally suit those that weren't able to commit to the full mentoring programme in 2024, or weren’t successful in getting a place this time around. 

Through interactive exercises, group discussions, and reflection, participants will gain insights, tools, and strategies to enhance their confidence, resilience, and overall well-being.

Duration: This is a group coaching session spanning 1 hour 30 mins online.

This is a pilot session to establish the appetite for this type of event. If feedback is good, our intention is to makes these sessions a regular feature in our event calendar. 

Due to the nature of the event, places are limited to 25, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Session Outline:

Introduction  

  • Welcome and introductions
  • Setting intentions for the session
  • Establishing guidelines for participation and confidentiality

Facilitated Breakout Rooms (Max 6 per group) 

1. Overcoming Challenges (20 minutes) 

  • Interactive activity: Mapping out personal challenges and obstacles
  • Small group discussions: Sharing strategies for overcoming challenges
  • Whole group discussion: Highlighting common themes and collective wisdom

2. Cultivating Resilience (20 minutes):

  • Resilience-building exercise: Reflecting on past experiences of resilience and perseverance
  • Mindfulness practice: Guided meditation or breathing exercises to enhance resilience
  • Group sharing: Participants discuss strategies for developing resilience in daily life

3. Goal Setting and Action Planning (20 minutes):

  • Individual reflection: Setting personal empowerment goals
  • Partner or small group discussions: Sharing goals and brainstorming actionable steps
  • Closing remarks: Encouragement and commitment to support each other in achieving goals

Closing and Reflection (15 minutes) – full attendees 

  • Group reflection: Sharing insights gained from the session
  • Gratitude practice: Expressing appreciation for the support and camaraderie within the group
  • Closing remarks: Reinforcing the value of empowerment and resilience in women’s lives
